- 1 1/2 oz (3 parts) Vodka
- 1/2 oz (1 part) Apple Schnapps
- 1/2 oz (1 part) Cointreau
Also known as the Appletini, this combination was first served by an Irish bartender known as Barry Lovern in the late 1970s at the Ardilaun Hotel in the town of Glenard Crescent. Mix in a shaker, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish and serve.
