Whiskey Sangaree

  • 1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Tawny Port
  • Ground Cinnamon & Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Cold Water
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
In a highball glass, add sugar, water and whiskey. Stir to dissolve sugar. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda. Float tawny port on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve.
