Ingredients:
  • 6 oz White Rum
  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Light Cream
  • 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Mint Sprig & Cherry
In a blender with ice, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth and thick. Serve in whiskey-sour glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and maraschino cherries.
