Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Benedictine
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Lemon Peel
In a cocktail mixer with ice, add all ingredients. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze in the juice from a twist of lemon peel, place the peel on top, and serve.
