Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cream Sherry
- 1 tsp Egg Yolk
- 1 tsp Light Cream
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
In a cocktail mixer with ice, add all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
