Coconut Toastie

  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 (shredded) Coconut
  • 5 Tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 oz Whipped Cream
In a blender with ice, add all ingredients except coconut. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
